Small figurine of a human head and neck

Small figurine of a human head and neck. The head is made of ceramic and is painted in a light pink color. It has a large, round head with a small nose and a small mouth. The mouth is slightly open, as if it is about to say something. The neck is covered with a blue scarf or jacket, and there are several small, circular objects scattered around the head. The objects appear to be made of a similar material, possibly ceramic or porcelain. The background is plain white.
